Job Summary: We are seeking a store leader with experience in sales and operations, capable of supervising business units, managing inventory and cash, and ensuring excellent customer service. Excellent service attitude and leadership **\-Minimum 1 year of experience** as: Sales Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Store Leader; Store Manager, Self-Service, Convenience, Grocery, and/or Floor Managers \-Flexible working hours \-Willingness to commute to the requested store location or relocate \-Excellent service attitude. * ***Main Responsibilities:*** \- Administration and operation of business units \- Supervise opening and closing of business units \- Sales strategies and techniques \- Conduct regular inspections of commercial premises and public areas to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and presentability \- Inventory handling and control \- Cash handling and control (Values) \- Manage sales processes (cleaning, restocking, product placement, rotation, shrinkage...) \- Product management (ordering, receiving) \- Shrinkage control * ***Benefits:*** \-**Salary \= 12,630** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,261\.50 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Store manager: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
