WE ARE SEEKING YOUR TALENT AS: **SALES SUPERVISOR** Requirements for the Position: * Completed Bachelor's degree * 2 years of experience as Sales Manager / Supervisor in areas such as AFORE, INSURANCE, PENSIONS * Training in sales processes, marketing, and team management * Communicative and self-confident enough to speak in front of others * Strong problem-solving ability * Organized and creative in developing planning strategies * Ability to prepare sales reports * Capable of guiding sales staff to build strong customer relationships Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Experience: * Personnel management: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
