DESCRIPTION The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the proper operation of the assigned area, leading the team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. The Supervisor oversees processes, key performance indicators, and compliance with internal policies, guaranteeing a shopping experience aligned with the brand's standards. REQUIREMENTS Education * Completed high school diploma (minimum). * Incomplete or completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field (preferred). Experience * 2 years in a similar position within retail. * Experience leading teams. Availability * Rotating shifts. * Weekend and peak-season work. * Availability to cover different areas as required.
