




Job Summary: Safeguard and control finished products, ensuring quality and service levels for internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrated management of finished products and inventory control. 2. Maintenance of the cold chain and product quality assurance. 3. Coordination with Sales and Distribution to ensure 100% service level. **Job Description:** GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE: Safeguard and control assigned finished products in the Warehouse or Cross Dock, consistently ensuring product quality and service levels for internal and external customers. SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED (Daily, periodic, and occasional activities): Correct and timely application and validation of all documentation and system records for incoming and outgoing product movements. Ensure proper product rotation following the First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) principle. Open communication and coordination with Sales and Distribution teams to guarantee daily achievement of 100% service level versus requested quality and timeliness. Perform daily cycle counts of key locations (1000, 1010, consignments) for finished products, non-conforming products, and CHEP pallets, ensuring 100% accuracy. Maintain and update daily a documentation archive supporting incoming, outgoing, inter-location and/or inter-warehouse/Cross Dock product movements recorded in the system. Conduct daily verifications and reconciliations of inventory movements recorded in the system. Monitor and manage the cold chain according to the established temperature range (2–6 °C). Consolidate pre-sales orders for product requisition from CDRM. Control and administration of personnel and printers. Monitor and comply with AIB standards applicable to warehouses. Monitor and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) within warehouse processes and activities. Validate, reconcile, and deliver non-conforming products to swine producers, ensuring no misuse of such products. Continuously identify improvement opportunities to reduce PPDEs, enhance inventory control, and improve service levels. Comply with occupational safety regulations and site operating rules. Ensure the cold chain integrity of products stored in the warehouse by managing necessary resources to maintain refrigeration equipment in optimal physical and operational condition. Comply with and enforce personal hygiene practices and hygiene standards for areas under supervision, as well as ensure adherence to company-implemented processes related to quality, food safety, occupational safety, and ethics.
