Expert guidance on pet nutrition and products. **Branch Manager – Pet Food and Nutrition** **Position Objective:** Supervise and coordinate the operations of various branches, ensuring proper store functionality, achievement of sales targets, and appropriate customer advisory services on pet nutrition, food, and products. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor operations across various branches. * Coordinate and manage personnel. * Verify achievement of sales and customer service targets. * Supervise inventory, product placement, and restocking. * Provide guidance and follow-up on pet food, nutrition, and product lines. * Ensure appropriate product recommendations based on each pet’s specific needs. * Follow up on operational and administrative incidents. * Prepare reports and monitor performance results. * Implement strategies to improve sales and service. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes. * Maintain effective communication with branch supervisors and staff. **Requirements:** * Experience in branch supervision or management. * Knowledge of pet food, nutrition, or pet products. * Experience in personnel management. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. * Operational organization and monitoring capabilities. * Basic/intermediate computer and reporting skills. * Willingness to travel between branches. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). * Prior experience in pet stores, veterinary clinics, or retail is desirable. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $14,000 net. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly gasoline allowance of $1,000. * Job stability. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Including a one-hour lunch break.
