Sales promotion and loss reduction We are looking for a store manager for our stores Requirements: Completed high school education Availability to work rotating shifts Retail industry experience as a store manager or similar role Leadership skills Responsibilities: Team leadership Inventory management Receiving merchandise together with the shift supervisor Reducing store shrinkage or losses Driving in-store sales We Offer: Base salary of $12,000 to $13,000 MXN per month (gross) Bonus of $4,000 MXN for achieving sales targets and reducing shrinkage Opportunity for career advancement Bonuses for recommending and identifying strategic locations for new branch openings Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,700.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term employment contract * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
