




**About the Position** We are seeking a dynamic professional with experience in sales/branch administration of paints and coatings who wishes to grow within an environment of growth and challenges. Your contribution will be essential to expanding our customer base and serving our customers efficiently and excellently, thereby contributing to the company’s success. The primary role will involve daily branch operations, maintaining proper inventory control and management, and contributing to and leading team efforts to achieve objectives. **Responsibilities** **Requirements:** Age: 27–45 years Education: Completed high school diploma Experience: Minimum 1 year as branch manager or assistant branch manager in the paint industry Inventory management, cash control, personnel management and training. Experience with point-of-sale systems. **Skills:** Leadership Organized Teamwork Goal-oriented work **Activities:** Administrative and commercial management of the branch. Achievement of monthly/annual budget targets. Training for newly hired staff.
