Candidate Requirements: * Completed high school diploma. * At least 3 years of experience as Floor Manager or Store Manager in a specialty gourmet food store. * Experience managing staff. * Customer-oriented with a focus on excellence in work. * Sales-oriented. * Pleasant appearance. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and honest. * Basic knowledge in food preparation and wine appreciated. * Basic language skills appreciated. Job Responsibilities: * Plan strategies to ensure achievement of company-set goals. * Meet company targets regarding sales and costs. * Opening and closing store operations. * Coordinate and supervise team duties. * Cost management, inventory control, waste tracking, and warehouse oversight. * Cash register reconciliation and closing. * Verify controls of consumption invoices. * Order placement and receipt of deliveries. * Supervise order requests through delivery platforms. * Interact with suppliers. * Process payments via card terminal and cash. * Distribute tips among team members. * Supervise and manage assigned personnel. * Serve customers by recommending menu items, wines, or spirits from the menu. * Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints. * Verify that equipment, materials, and supplies are adequate for service delivery.
