Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with tire industry experience, commercial skills, administrative and digital knowledge, and leadership capabilities to manage operations and teams. Consultative sales and customer service skills REQUIREMENTS: \-Education: Minimum high school diploma \-Residence near the area \-Experience: 1 \- 2 years in this position. KNOWLEDGE: Specific Required Knowledge Technical Knowledge: * Tire types (radial, high-performance, SUV, light truck, etc.). * Tire sizes, load indices, and speed ratings. * Processes of: o Tire mounting and demounting. o Balancing o Alignment .o Tire repair o Tire rotation * Basic suspension diagnosis and identification of irregular tire wear. * Use and supervision of automotive workshop machinery: o Alignment machine .o Balancer .o Demounting machine * Basic safety standards for automotive workshops. Commercial Knowledge: * Consultative sales techniques. * Customer service and support. * Handling objections and closing sales. * Cross-selling of automotive services. * Strategies to increase average transaction value. Administrative Knowledge: * Inventory control. * Cash handling and sales reconciliation. * Performance indicators (sales and operational KPIs). * Report generation and goal tracking. * Personnel management (scheduling, productivity, and performance). Digital Knowledge: * Point-of-sale (POS) system operation. * System-based inventory management. * Proficiency in Excel or basic administrative tools. * Billing platform operation.
