A leading company in the distribution of **wines, spirits, and gourmet products** is seeking a **Store Manager**, with a focus on results, customer service, and team leadership. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience as a **Store Manager** (retail, wine, or gourmet food). Minimum 3 years. * Leadership skills and experience managing teams of at least 10 people. * Results-driven mindset and excellent customer interaction skills. * Knowledge of sales, inventory management, and administrative operations. * Flexible availability (rotating shifts and working on holidays). * Minimum education: completed high school. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Store Operational Management** * Supervise daily operations to ensure proper functioning, cleanliness, and presentation of the store. * Guarantee compliance with the company’s standards for image, service, and quality. **Customer Service and Support** * Deliver personalized service focused on enhancing the customer experience. * Advise customers on selecting wines, spirits, and gourmet products according to their preferences and needs. **Sales and Goal Achievement** * Implement commercial strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets. * Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. **Inventory Management** * Control and track inventory. * Coordinate orders, goods receipt, and expiration date monitoring (gourmet products). **Staff Supervision and Development** * Lead and coordinate the workforce (sales, cashier, and warehouse staff). * Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. **Product Knowledge** * Stay updated on market trends, new products, food-and-wine pairings, and characteristics of wines, distilled spirits, and gourmet items. * Participate in tastings, training sessions, and promotional events. **Administrative Management** * Manage petty cash, cash register closures, and sales reports. * Prepare performance reports and improvement proposals. **Regulatory Compliance** * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations—particularly regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly commissions * Ongoing training * Employee discount * Bi-weekly payments Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
