You will not only manage — you will guide our talent and safeguard the quality that sets us apart. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * **Active Leadership:** Coordinate, delegate, and train staff to ensure an efficient work environment. * **Full Control:** Manage inventory, audits, and daily reports (sales, shrinkage, and costs). * **Culture of Excellence:** Implement and monitor compliance with operational standards and procedures. * **Growth:** Participate in recruitment and execute action plans to improve branch performance. What are we looking for in you? * **Solid experience:** Minimum 2 verifiable years as Manager or Assistant Manager in the **food or operational sector** (Mandatory). * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Proximity:** Residing near Plaza Centro Santa Fe (desirable for your quality of life). * **Attitude:** A proactive profile, customer-service oriented, with strong commitment.
