You will be responsible for supervising the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring adherence to service standards, coordinating operational staff, and guaranteeing an excellent experience for our guests. Main Responsibilities \* Supervise store opening, operations, and closing. \* Lead and coordinate kitchen, bar, and floor teams. \* Ensure compliance with service and quality standards. \* Handle operational incidents and guest concerns. \* Supervise cash reconciliation and cash handling. \* Monitor sales and productivity metrics. \* Manage inventory and assist with ordering. \* Enforce internal policies and operational discipline. \* Train and supervise staff. Requirements \* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within restaurants, bars, or franchises. \* Availability for rotating schedules. \* Leadership and personnel management skills. \* Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving ability. \* Organizational skills and results-driven focus. \* Basic knowledge of inventory and cash handling. \* Preferred experience in fast-casual or casual dining. Schedule Rotating shifts: \* Opening shift: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm \* Closing shift: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am \* One weekday day off.
