Continuous training and in-depth product knowledge **GENERAL PURPOSE** Serve and advise customers to sell new and used vehicles in accordance with the dealership’s sales policies and channels, consistently presenting a professional and friendly image to customers. **PRIMARY INTERNAL / EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS.** **INTERNAL** Financial Services Manager: Review credit applications for submission to VWFS; prepare quotations and deliver financing plans; report all departmental developments—including plan changes or any other relevant information. AFASA Manager: Review AFASA applications for submission; prepare quotations and deliver financing plans; report all departmental developments—including plan changes or any other relevant information. Sales Administrative Assistant: Inventory reporting and vehicle allocation. Secretary: Billing and file compilation. Service Staff, Advisors, and Service Manager: Technical support regarding vehicle operation; joint customer presentations; technical component training for vehicles. Accounting Staff: Request Customer Number to register the customer in the billing system. Parts Department: Prepare quotations for equipment. Credit and Collections: Support collection efforts for specific customers. Sales Car Wash Supervisor: Inspection of scratches and cleaning of new vehicles; preparation of new vehicles for test drives. Customer Experience Consultant: Review of sales processes; training. **EXTERNAL** Customers: Prospecting and closing sales. **PRIMARY CHALLENGES.** Achieve full customer satisfaction while simultaneously meeting pre-established sales targets: 12 new vehicles and 1 used vehicle. Also meet quality standards required by VWM and support the Sales Manager in achieving 93 points in the CRI Sales evaluation and attaining a 90% rating in the mystery shopper assessment. Minimum accessory sales per new vehicle: $473,000.00 **DECISIONS.** Develop sales strategies. **OBJECTIVES.** \* Responsible for increasing market share through sales performance. \* Maintain constant communication with customers to identify dissatisfaction. \* Organize new vehicle deliveries as special events for customers, following the Perfect Delivery Manual and management’s recommendations. \* During vehicle delivery, introduce the Service Advisor or Service Manager to explain technical details of vehicle operation to the customer. \* Keep price lists and inventory records up to date. \* Maintain an updated, complete, and well-organized sales folder containing all necessary information for optimal performance. \* Attend training sessions as assigned, on scheduled days and times according to the corporate training matrix and schedule. \* Inspect the condition and physical appearance of new vehicles prior to customer presentation—refine details such as clock setting, cleanliness, removal of driver protection film, antenna delivery, and other necessary items—verifying compliance with the delivery checklist. \* Ensure sales files are complete and clean, and maintain cleanliness of one’s workspace and the showroom. \* Prospect portfolio for positioning and maintain detailed daily activity tracking. \* Keep customer portfolio updated. \* Report any issues that may hinder productivity to Sales Management. \* Attend daily meetings with the Sales Manager to present updates and clarify doubts. \* Always maintain impeccable personal appearance and business cards. \* Acquire comprehensive knowledge and full mastery of product warranties. \* Register customers in the Business Pro system to request their sequential number from Accounting. \* The staff member on duty is responsible for opening display vehicles each morning, ensuring complete availability of brochures, and maintaining an orderly and clean showroom; and for securing vehicles and the showroom each evening. \* Comply with—and ensure compliance with—all Quality Management System directives, Safety Measures, and Hygiene and Ecology Measures. \* Promote factory-offered programs for vehicle acquisition, warranty, and service. \* Provide appropriate customer service and clearly explain benefits of agency-provided financing options. \* Know all sales programs thoroughly. \* Maintain a clean and orderly workspace at all times. **Job Requirements.** **Age:** 30 to 40 years. **Education:** High school diploma. **Gender:** Male or Female. **Personal Appearance:** Impeccable presentation, service-oriented attitude, neatness, and cleanliness. **Required Knowledge:** * Experience selling new and used automobiles * Strong verbal communication skills * Computer literacy * Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry * Technical product knowledge **Salary:** Minimum wage \+ commissions.
