Job profile CLB Supervisor… **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Supervise the operation of quick-service food units or franchises. * Ensure compliance with **operational processes and quality standards**. * Monitor **operational and financial KPIs**. * Manage inventory, shrinkage, and promotions. * Supervise team performance. * Manage delivery platforms (**Uber Eats, Didi, etc.**). * Address incidents and resolve customer complaints. * Drive marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales. **Requirements** -------------- * **Minimum 4 years of experience** in restaurant or franchise operations. * Bachelor’s degree or related field in administrative, hospitality, or gastronomic areas. * Knowledge of **finance, operations, and team leadership**. * Experience in inventory control, shrinkage management, and restaurant administration. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**. **We Offer** ------------- * **Salary: $20,000 to $25,000 net monthly** * Statutory benefits * IMSS contribution at 85% * **8-hour daily work schedule** * **100% field-based work** * Monday through Sunday with **1 day off**
