Analyzes sales, costs, and margins, recommending growth strategies. **Operations Supervisor in the Restaurant Industry** A restaurant company with three locations in Mérida, specializing in craft beer, is seeking to add a **Restaurant Supervisor** to its team to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and growth across its units. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. * Manage and lead staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment. * Coordinate staff schedules and job roles, implementing corrective actions to improve service. * Administer sales and inventory, maximizing revenue and reducing costs. * Evaluate staff performance and propose productivity improvements. * Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. * Analyze sales, costs, and margins per unit, recommending growth strategies. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor or manager, or in hospitality or a similar role. * Knowledge of staff management, sales, operations, and finance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems such as SoftRestaurant or Intelisis (preferred). * Valid driver’s license (for both automobile and motorcycle) * Personal vehicle required **Key Competencies** * Leadership, results orientation, and critical thinking. * Teamwork, adaptability to change, and integrity. * Commitment and customer orientation. **Offer Conditions** * Net monthly salary: $18,000\.00\. * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Gasoline vouchers for support. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8-hour shifts according to operational needs; Sunday is a day off. * Work locations: Caucel, San Ramón Norte, and La Plancha, Mérida, Yucatán. **Selection Process** Psychometric tests and interviews with Human Resources and the immediate supervisor. **Contact** Interested candidates should submit their CV.
