




Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic-thinking and experienced General Manager to lead a business unit in the food and beverage industry, managing profitability, operational excellence, and human capital development. We seek a General Manager with strategic vision and solid experience in the food and beverage industry to lead one of our business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive branch management, ensuring financial profitability, operational excellence, and human capital development under the brand’s highest international standards. Job Mission: Oversee the business unit’s overall operation, ensuring achievement of sales targets, cost control (P\&L), and quality standards through effective leadership and flawless administrative execution. Key Responsibilities: Financial and Administrative Management: Directly accountable for the Profit and Loss Statement (P\&L). Strict control over food and labor costs, inventory management, budgeting, and implementation of strategies to maximize net profit. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate subordinate managerial staff (Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors). Foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective institutional communication across all levels. Operational Excellence and Compliance: Ensure branch operations comply with the brand’s global standards, achieving excellence ratings in internal and external audits as well as food safety audits (HACCP). KPI Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics (service times, average check, transaction count, and turnover) to implement data-driven continuous improvement plans. Customer Experience Management: Ensure service levels meet brand expectations, professionally manage conflict resolution, and guarantee local market customer retention. Asset and Maintenance Control: Oversee proper functioning of facilities and equipment, coordinating with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in General Management or Unit Management roles within quick-service restaurants (QSR) or high-volume restaurants. Academic Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, or related fields. Technical Competencies: Proficiency in financial analysis, inventory management, and in-depth knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. Professional Skills: Analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, results-oriented leadership, and excellent executive communication.
