This role ensures effective communication before, during, and after each stay, aiming to deliver a high-quality experience and maximize occupancy of properties managed by the company. **Requirements:** * Email responsiveness * Intermediate English proficiency * Proficiency with digital accommodation platforms * Must reside in Puerto Vallarta or surrounding areas * Sales targets * Proactive * Initiative **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage reservations received via Airbnb and VRBO in real time. * Confirm and schedule bookings in coordination with the operations team. * Respond promptly and courteously to guest messages, inquiries, and requests. * Follow up on payments, cancellation policies, and logistical details for each reservation. * Keep platforms updated with availability, rates, and property descriptions. * Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and front desk staff as needed.
