Responsibilities: \- Supervise and monitor the various branches under your responsibility (Monterrey, Saltillo, Reynosa, and Tamaulipas). \- Promote products and market them to potential customers. \- Follow up on collections. \- Customer service. \- Place product orders with the central warehouse. \- Inventory control. **Knowledge required:** \- Intermediate computer skills. \- Document filing. \- Use of catalogs and manuals. \- Report preparation. \- Personnel management. \- Knowledge of the tire market is desirable. **Requirements:** Education: Completed bachelor’s degree, Accounting Assistant, or Technical Degree in Business Administration. English: 20% proficiency. Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales. Skills: Methodical, organized, punctual, responsible, good interpersonal skills, leadership. **We offer:** Monthly salary of $25,000.00 + commissions (for the first three months, a guaranteed commission of $10,000 is provided; thereafter, a 0.25% commission on total sales if 85% of the quota is achieved, and 0.50% if 100% of the quota is achieved).
