(Desirable) RESPONSIBILITIES: \*Post job vacancies on job boards and digital platforms. \*Use digital tools and social media to attract talent. \*Send assessments and evaluate candidates according to the job profile. \*Conduct in-person and online interviews. \*Prepare and track personnel files for new hires. \*Conduct socioeconomic studies. \*Follow-up visits to candidates.
