Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Process Manager with automotive industry experience to implement, audit, and improve operational standards, and monitor business performance indicators. Handling of brand audits and certifications Authorized distributor **CHEVROLET** is looking for a **QUALITY PROCESS MANAGER** **(AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE MANDATORY)** ***Profile:*** \* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Automotive Engineering, or Industrial Engineering — either currently enrolled or graduated \* Minimum 3 years of experience implementing quality processes at automotive dealerships or ISO 9000 environments \* Monitoring of sales and service performance indicators \* Knowledge of ISO or automotive brand certifications \* Proficiency in Office suite (Intermediate Excel) · **Mandatory: AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE** ***Competencies:*** * Teamwork * Compliance with regulations * Perseverance * Adherence to processes ***Responsibilities:*** · Conduct biannual follow-up audits, special activities, and brand certifications · Perform biannual internal audits against Operational Standards \* Continuously monitor the distributor’s business performance indicators · Design data collection tools for process analysis and improvement · Design, execute, monitor, and evaluate monthly administrative and operational improvement action plans · Facilitate, moderate, and assess workgroups regarding correct implementation and execution of Operational Standards · Establish communication programs to promote Operational Standards · Analyze customer satisfaction exit surveys ***We Offer:*** * Monthly salary of $20,000\.00 to $22,000\.00 gross * Statutory benefits * Training * Flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday If you are interested and meet the profile, please send your updated CV through this channel or to the email address recursoshumanos@americasgm.com.mx Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
