Due to expansion, a company dedicated to the production and distribution of white bread and sweet bread is seeking: **OPERATIONS MANAGER** **Work Location:** Milpa Alta, CDMX **Responsibilities:** 1\. Coordinate daily operations related to production, distribution, and sales. 2\. Supervise product quality, weight control, and production flow. 3\. Prepare production orders and track delivery routes and orders. 4\. Manage sales invoices, accounts receivable, and administrative controls. 5\. Supervise production teams, sales staff, and packaging personnel. 6\. Record orders, collect payments, and reconcile accounts receivable. **Requirements:** Completed high school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree in economics or administration. Experience in similar roles (production control, administration, and personnel management). Intermediate Excel skills; experience with sales software is desirable. Leadership, decision-making ability, assertive communication, and problem-solving capability. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of **$12,000 monthly** for the first 3 months. * Salary growth (negotiable after three months) * Statutory benefits. * Respectful work environment. * Direct employment with the company.
