Coordinate daily production, distribution, and sales operations. 2\. Supervise product quality, weight control, and production flow. 3\. Prepare production orders and track delivery routes and orders. 4\. Manage sales invoices, accounts receivable, and administrative control. 5\. Supervise production teams, sales staff, and packaging personnel. 6\. Record orders, collect payments, and reconcile accounts receivable. **Requirements:** \* Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree in economics or administration. \* Experience in similar roles (production control, administration, and personnel management). \* Intermediate Excel skills; experience with sales software is preferred. \* Leadership, decision-making, assertive communication, and problem-solving abilities. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of **$12,000 per month** for the first three months. * Salary increase (subject to negotiation after three months) * Statutory benefits. * Respectful work environment. * Direct employment with the company.
