This role is critical within the agency, as it will be responsible for **coordinating the execution of campaigns, events, and internal operations**, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and compliance at every stage of the process. **What will you do in this role?** You will serve as the operational hub connecting the commercial, talent, and management teams—ensuring campaigns and projects are executed correctly, orderly, and on time. Your objectives include: * Coordinate content production while ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines. * Execute campaigns, guaranteeing deliverables are completed on time and as specified. * Organize and supervise logistics for events, recordings, and operational activities. * Maintain alignment among talent, sales, and management during execution. * Ensure efficient execution of all campaigns (companies\- talent), collaborations, and agency projects—guaranteeing compliance on time, as specified, and with quality. * Coordinate and supervise the operational team (talent, production, scouting), ensuring cross-departmental alignment and objective achievement. * Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and scale company operations. * Ensure proper communication across departments (commercial, lead manager, scooter, and talent) to prevent campaign execution failures. * Maintain control and tracking of deliverables, ensuring customer and talent satisfaction. * Rapidly and effectively identify and resolve operational issues. * Reduce operational errors and ensure clear processes. * Prepare the company’s operational structure for growth and increased campaign volume. Responsibilities: * Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of all campaigns, projects, and deliverables. * Ensure correct execution of commercial strategies from the operational side (ensuring everything sold is properly fulfilled). * Supervise content production, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to established guidelines. * Coordinate and execute logistics for events, recordings, and operational activities without error. * Maintain company operational efficiency—avoiding delays, errors, and rework. * Supervise and take responsibility for the performance of the operational team (Talent Manager and Scouter). * Ensure proper management and coordination of talent for each campaign or project. * Guarantee effective alignment and communication across departments (commercial, lead manager, talent, and management). * Prevent, detect, and resolve operational incidents during project execution. * Identify operational risks and make timely decisions to mitigate them. * Ensure efficient use of resources (human, material, and time). * Implement, optimize, and maintain clear, organized, and scalable internal processes. * Continuously monitor operations and generate visibility through reporting. * Ensure customer satisfaction through flawless execution. Requirements: Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications, Business Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 3\+ years in: \- Operations \- Project coordination \- Production / agencies / marketing \- Experience leading teams Schedule: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday.
