Collaborative and results-oriented work environment **Constructora Dhap, S.A. de C.V.** **Automotive company specializing in body transformation.** **HIRING: AFTER\-SALES OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** **Education:** Technical or TSU degree in metal-mechanical fields, industrial maintenance, mechanics, electromechanics, or related disciplines. **Experience** Crew supervision * 1–2 years in after-sales, technical customer service, support, or logistics. * Prior experience in metal-mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial machinery companies is desirable. * Basic knowledge of metal-mechanical processes (machinery, equipment, maintenance). * Experience handling service orders and technical documentation. * Valid driver's license is mandatory. **Competencies:** * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $14,900\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
