Requires analytical skills, proactivity, and a service-oriented attitude. **Position Snapshot** Location: Mexico City – Central Office **Position Summary:** Responsible for effectively managing and administering operational schedules at the point of sale, ensuring that changes and impacts to routes are properly reflected on platforms such as Nesmóvil and Saturno. **Required Knowledge/Experience:** * Bachelor's degree required * Advanced Office skills, especially Excel and POWER BI (verifiable) * Experience handling databases. **A Day in the Life of an Operational Planning Analyst** * Reviewing scheduled route plans prepared by supervisors for in-store merchandisers; feeding data into systems and shared Excel files to generate schedules. * Identifying and resolving all schedule entry errors. * Communicating with supervisors, regional teams, and regional analysts to adjust schedules and resolve operational queries. * Aligning information to build the operational model. * Populating the Nesmóvil platform with the store coverage data managed by Operations. * Monitoring regional adherence to the operational model. * Assigning transportation allowances to mobile merchandisers. * Generating and analyzing sales reports (in value and units) and operational KPIs: Displays, Essentials **What Will Make You Successful:** Being analytical and proactive Service-oriented attitude Curiosity about processes and continuous improvement
