Position Summary: We are seeking a Personal Lines Benefits Manager to design and implement commercial strategies, manage portfolios, and lead teams in the insurance sector. Key Highlights: 1. Development and optimization of life and health products. **Zenka Consulting is looking for a Manager in Guadalupe Inn \- Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Personal Lines Benefits Manager Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in insurance, specifically in personal lines or benefits. Proven experience in portfolio management and team leadership. Technical knowledge of life and health products. Experience negotiating with insurers and brokers. Main Responsibilities * Design and implement the commercial and technical strategy for the benefits line. * Manage P\&L (profitability, growth, claims ratio, and expense control). * Develop and optimize life, health, and complementary benefits products. * Analyze key performance indicators (premiums, claims ratio, persistency, market penetration). * Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, sales, operations, and customer service departments. * Negotiate with insurers, reinsurers, and medical service providers. * Lead and develop the assigned team. * Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies. * Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Technical Knowledge: * Financial and profitability analysis. * Claims management. * Product development. * Regulatory framework of the insurance industry.
