Position Summary: We are seeking a Branch Manager with a focus on industrial sales to lead the team, manage operations, and drive growth in the industrial and agricultural tire sector. Comprehensive branch administration, including inventory and operations. **NACCISA TIRES (Industrial and Agricultural Tires and Accessories, S.A. de C.V.)** A company dedicated to the sale of Industrial and Agricultural Tires seeks: **Branch Manager (focused on industrial sales)** **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 45 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Administration, or Business Management. * Gender: Unrestricted * Proficiency in Office software and ERP systems (SAI) * High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. * Analytical skills, punctuality, organization, leadership, teamwork, results orientation, and integrity. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Experience:** * **5 to 10 years of experience in industrial tire, agricultural tire, freight transport, construction, or mining sales sectors.** * Personnel management and supervision across sales, administrative, and operational roles. * Managing direct reports and fostering a positive work environment. * **Prospecting and client engagement exclusively within the industrial tire, agricultural tire, freight transport, construction, and mining sectors.** **Responsibilities:** * Sales through wholesale and mid-wholesale distributors. * Branch opening and closing procedures. * Client visits and negotiations. * Prospecting and follow-up with existing and new clients. * Sales closure. * Inventory control. * Decision-making. * Reporting and information analysis. * Personnel administration, leadership mindset, accountability, and motivating staff to achieve targets collaboratively and positively. * General branch administration (experience required in collections, warehousing, distribution, logistics, sales, payroll, and business administration). **We Offer:** * **Base salary: $20,000 MXN per month (tax-free), plus commissions.** * Statutory benefits. * Company vehicle. * Additional monthly sales commissions. * Career advancement opportunities. * Ongoing training. * Pleasant working environment.
