Your responsibilities will include inventory management, staff supervision, delivery coordination, and optimization of logistics processes. This is a full-time position conducted onsite at our facilities located in Ciudad Apodaca, NL. **Requirements** * Leadership ability and supervisory skills to lead teams and ensure goal achievement. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients. * Solid knowledge of operations management and experience improving logistics process efficiency. * Effective customer service skills, with a service-oriented and problem-solving approach. * Experience in inventory management, with emphasis on stock control and resource optimization. * Prior experience in logistics or transportation is highly desirable, along with proficiency in logistics management technologies.
