Due to a new opening, we are seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our team and guide the proper operation of a restaurant location. As Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities include placing supply orders, receiving vendors, preparing appropriate and sufficient food production to support daily operations while avoiding waste or shrinkage, directing and participating in kitchen operations, leading the team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflow, guaranteeing flavor and presentation quality for every dish, training staff, conducting inventories, defining shift schedules, performing cleaning tasks, and other related duties.
