Position Summary: This Inventory Inbound and Outbound Supervisor role involves verifying, controlling, and auditing product flow to ensure accurate inventory and delivery management. Coordination of staff rotation on sales floors TARAHUMARA FINE FRUITS DISTRIBUTOR INBOUND AND OUTBOUND GOODS SUPERVISOR * Verify product outbound for cash and credit sales, both retail and wholesale, at aisle, floor, and loading dock levels. * Full control over physical deliveries not yet invoiced, as well as invoiced products not yet delivered to the customer. * Validate that inventory adjustments reflect appropriate costs and do not adversely affect weighted averages; additionally, verify that all adjustments are accurate and properly applied in the system. * Identify invoiced products not yet collected by customers. * Manage cash and credit invoices with customer signatures. * Generate reports on missing, damaged, and surplus materials. * Verify outbound controls (sales notes, cash and credit invoicing). * Audit physical inbound goods to sales floors. * Coordinate verifier rotation across sales floors.
