What will be your purpose in this role? * **Receiving and verification:** Receive goods, verify quantities and conditions against delivery notes or shipping documents, enter information into the system, and promptly report discrepancies. * **Location and storage:** Place products in their assigned locations following organization and rotation standards (FIFO/LIFO where applicable), and maintain location signage and accessibility. * **Dispatch preparation:** Assemble orders according to instructions, package and label shipments for internal dispatch or delivery, and coordinate with the transportation team as required. * **Inventory control:** Support cycle and physical counts, record movements in the inventory management system, collaborate on reconciling variances, and maintain accurate records. * **Maintenance and cleaning:** Keep work areas clean and organized, comply with safety and hygiene standards, and report risks or improvement opportunities. * **Operational support:** Coordinate with receiving, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure adherence to timelines, documentation, and service standards. What do we expect from you? * **Education:** Completed secondary education; technical studies in logistics, warehousing, or related fields are valued. * **Experience:** Prior experience in warehouse or logistics functions, preferably in retail, distribution, or construction materials. * **Skills:** Organization, responsibility, teamwork, good time management, and a proactive attitude to resolve incidents. * **Knowledge:** Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems; experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks and knowledge of safety regulations are advantageous. * **Availability:** Willingness to work store hours/shifts and perform physical tasks involving lifting and moving loads.
