As the second-largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America and one of the most important globally, we serve a population of over 128 million.**Position Mission:** Ensure the proper execution, evaluation, and strengthening of the internal control system based on the annual plan, through review of administrative and operational processes, guaranteeing compliance with policies, procedures, controls, applicable regulations, and best practices, as well as mitigation of risks across the organization’s business cycles. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Execute and analyze** the mapping and documentation of procedures according to the annual Internal Control Plan, considering both operational and administrative business process cycles across the organization’s functional areas, ensuring alignment with AC-established policies and best practices. * **Execute** the assessment of design and effectiveness of the Internal Control System per the annual Internal Control Plan for each of the organization’s functional areas. * **Prepare** reports on the results of the Internal Control System review for each of the organization’s functional areas, and report them to the Head of Internal Control and the Internal Control Coordinator. * **Generate** organization-wide communications related to Internal Control topics to further mature the Internal Control System (previously authorized by the Head of Internal Control). **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in economics or administration-related fields **Experience:** * 2 years as an Internal Control Analyst * 2 years as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst * 2 years as a Process Analyst. **Languages:** * Basic English **Specific Position Knowledge:** * Advanced Internal Control expertise * Advanced Process Improvement Management * Advanced Office Suite proficiency * Microsoft Vision / Basic **Location:** Yomp Corporate Office, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
