Therefore, Bonice is seeking a Franchise Supervisor who wants to grow, lead in the field, and ensure proper execution across our franchises and independent sales representatives. Work Zone Apodaca, San Nicolás, Pesquería, Juárez, and Zuazua Your Role: * Field supervision of Bonice franchises * 80% field work / 20% office work * Monitoring of franchises and sales representatives to ensure proper sales execution * Timely submission of reports and invoicing * Coaching and tracking of business objectives * Working Hours Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Only 2 Saturdays per month are worked) ✅ Requirements * Experience supervising personnel in the field * KPI management skills * Knowledge of invoicing * Disciplined tracking of objectives * Personal vehicle (gasoline allowance provided) What We Offer? * Significant growth opportunities within the company * Competitive salary (base + commissions) * Company-paid seminars and travel for training and team integration * High-quality work tools * Continuous coaching, monitoring, and feedback from your leaders Join the team that makes the growth of major brands possible.
