Position Summary: We are seeking a Group Credit Supervisor to lead advisor teams in credit promotion, disbursement, and recovery, with experience in sales and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for: **Group Credit Supervisor.** SANTIAGO TIANGUISTENCO Branch. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead advisor teams in credit promotion, disbursement, and recovery. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in sales, customer service, and/or collections with personnel reporting to you * Enjoyment of office and field work **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of **$12,466**. * Attractive uncapped biweekly commission scheme * Guaranteed **$2,000 bonus per month for 2 months** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, 12 vacation days, **32-day Christmas bonus**, paid holidays) * Company-provided mobile phone * Paid training * Free uniforms * Paid training * Biweekly transportation allowance * Direct employment contract with AFIRME * Work schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.), plus only 2 Saturdays per month (9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.)
