




**Location:** CDMX – Central Office **Job Mission:** Coordination and validation of operational planning, inventory management (uniforms, telephony, work tools for merchandisers and supervisors) at national level, ensuring processes are carried out efficiently, compliantly, and with a results-oriented focus for optimal execution. Supervision of field personnel deployment, guaranteeing proper application of marketing guidelines, stock control, product availability analysis, and execution of commercial activities according to established standards. **A Day in the Life of:** * Design, implement, and support the evolution of the national Operational Model that ensures strategic allocation of human resources to points of sale with the highest potential. * Design and implement coverage and route optimization strategies for supervisors and merchandisers, through continuous data analysis, operational alert monitoring, and dynamic adjustment of visit plans. * Strategic Stock and Marketing Management and PDV Risks: supervise and coordinate comprehensive inventory management, expiries, stockouts, sell-out, and regulatory compliance (NOM-051) through continuous analysis of key indicators and interpretation of operational data. * Ensure comprehensive management of telephony and uniforms, including their correct delivery to operational staff. * Design, execute, and evolve employee experience programs in operations — such as Nescamp, Evoluciones, and Recognitions — ensuring proper planning, communication, and impact measurement. * Design and lead the digital transformation strategy for point-of-sale operations, ensuring platform technology availability, functionality, and continuous improvement. * Generate executive and integrated information providing clear visibility into operational status, including productivity, availability, turnover, performance, and culture indicators. Transform operational insights into strategic actions guiding commercial and operations leadership decision-making. * Design Strategic Business Reviews and Identify Commercial Opportunities **What Will Make You Successful:** * Experience as Commercial Manager / Trade Marketing Manager or similar in the Retail sector, performing functions such as team management, client negotiation and sales, and tracking of indicators and report analysis, transforming data into concrete action plans. * Ability to train others in excellence in execution, effective planning, and data management. * University degree in administrative, marketing, or Industrial Engineering fields or related disciplines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP. * English: Intermediate – Advanced.
