Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of Collaborator** Trust-based **Position Objective** Ensure achievement of the district’s sales objectives under the incumbent’s responsibility by defining and implementing commercial and marketing strategies, ensuring their proper execution and follow-up, thereby driving growth and market share for the business unit. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Evaluate, supervise, and coordinate field sales force activities, ensuring compliance with commercial plans and execution standards, in order to maximize team productivity, guarantee correct implementation of sales strategies, and strengthen brand presence in the market. * Analyze sales results against established targets, identifying deviations and areas for improvement, to communicate findings and provide feedback to the commercial team, guiding decision-making and implementation of corrective actions that drive objective attainment. * Carry out personnel management activities for staff under direct supervision.
