Represent the company before government authorities and sector associations. **Position Objective** Comprehensively lead and manage the transportation company, ensuring profitability, sustainable growth, service quality, operational safety, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining a strategic and competitive market outlook. **Main Responsibilities** · Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives. · Supervise route efficiency, fleet management, logistics, and maintenance. · Approve budgets and control costs. · Design sales, marketing, and business relationship strategies. · Motivate and develop the executive team. · Promote process digitalization and adoption of new technologies. · Represent the company before government authorities and sector associations. **Profile** · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related field (preferred). · 3–5 years of experience in managerial roles within transportation or logistics. · Age 35–45 years. · Knowledge of transportation regulations, financial planning, fleet management, and negotiation. · Competencies: Strategic leadership, empathetic communication, innovation. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** · Profitability or operating margin · On-time performance level · Market share growth · Customer satisfaction · Retention and development of key personnel **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **Location:** SAN MARTIN OBISPO CUAUTITLÁN IZCALLI, ESTADO DE MEXICO **Salary:** 100,000 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $100,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
