Age: 24 to 55 years old Education: Completed high school diploma Area of expertise: Sales / Collections / Cash handling / Field work in financial services **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Supervise a retail sales team 2. Verify tasks to be carried out. 3. Set goals and expected outcomes. 4. Conduct daily planning meetings. 5. Motivate the team to achieve results. 6. Ensure goal achievement. 7. Promote employee retention. 8. Train and guide new employees. 9. Maintain a positive workplace culture. **Technical Competencies:** 1. Proficiency in using PCs or tablets 2. Familiarity with mobile phone usage. 3. Completion of digital and physical forms. 4.
