We are looking for: **Logistics Commercial Manager** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor's degree or engineering degree. * Experience: 2 years of experience in sales of logistics, distribution, and warehousing services. * Willingness to travel regularly to Apan, Hidalgo * Strong communication skills, ability to close deals and provide customer service * Passion for sales and fieldwork * Personal vehicle preferred for transportation (gasoline reimbursement provided) Responsibilities: * Prospect and identify new customers, recognizing business opportunities. * Identify customer needs regarding logistics and storage services. * Design comprehensive logistics solutions. * Develop and present commercial proposals aligned with quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements. Benefits: * Base salary: $25,000 to $30,000 MXN gross per month. * Statutory benefits from day one. * 100% IMSS registration. * Sales commissions. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Job stability. * Per diem card. * Gasoline reimbursement. * On-site cafeteria service.
