Join our team as a **Kitchen Cleaning Supervisor** **WORK LOCATION**: Sanborns Perisur (Metrobús Perisur) Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and assign roles to staff for deep cleaning. * Provide induction and training on POES (Standard Operating Procedures for Sanitation), chemical handling, and PPE. * Knowledge of the H Distinction. * Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleaning routines for major equipment, floors, drains, walls, and food-contact surfaces. * Conduct rapid tests (reactive strips) to verify sanitizer concentration and rinse temperature. * Maintain inventories and par stock levels for tableware, glassware, cutlery, utensils, and racks. * Prepare logs (openings/closures, deep cleanings, temperatures, ppm, breakages, incidents). * Comply with internal audit policies and checklists (internal, client, certification-related). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in similar positions * MANDATORY knowledge of the H Distinction, chemical handling, and hygiene practice standards * Availability for on-site work at Sanborns Perisur **BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION** * Bi-weekly payment * Daily tips * Monthly grocery vouchers equal to 10% of salary * Cafeteria service * Statutory benefits (Social Security, vacation days, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation bonus, Sunday premium, etc.) * Life insurance * Discounts at Sanborns and affiliated companies within Grupo Carso * Employee loan program * Savings fund Interested candidates are invited to apply via this platform or attend an interview at our offices located at Av. de la República 145B, 06030 Ciudad de México.
