Transportation industry company **DRY AND REFRIGERATED BOX DIVISION MANAGER** Salamanca Gto **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Daily coordination of logistics and transportation operations for the box division * Manage and control assigned resources such as vehicles, fuel, trailers, personnel, and the box division budget * Operational planning with the sales team to coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments across Mexico * Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, service, and productivity goals within the box division * Plan operations and set priorities to ensure maximum operator efficiency * International freight from the United States and Canada * Strategically plan operations and efficiently manage cross-border logistics for import and export * Collect carrier information and comply with Interchange agreements.
