Working here means access to professional development opportunities, a positive work environment, and a support team that cares about the well-being of its employees. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, Business, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years **Skills:** * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in distributor voucher systems. * Retail store operations. * Monitoring internal processes and inventory control. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily branch operations. * Identify and prioritize branches with the greatest areas for improvement. * Detect operational failures before they escalate into major issues. * Follow up to ensure managers correctly execute established processes. * Train staff on store procedures, customer service, inventory management, and sales. * Standardize branch operations so all operate under the same system. * Ensure stores maintain order, cleanliness, a positive image, and proper merchandise display. * Supervise compliance with promotions, marketing activities, and advertising materials on the sales floor. * Verify correct implementation of credit and voucher processes. * Monitor inventory control, damaged goods, free products, and warehouse organization. * Identify training, improvement, or support needs at each branch. * Propose corrective actions to improve store performance. * Track maintenance reports until resolution. * Ensure Operational Manager directives are properly executed at the branch. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * Salary: Competitive monthly salary. * Statutory benefits.
