At The Giant of Tiles and Marble, we are seeking a **Branch Manager** with a commercial and operational focus, responsible for the comprehensive management of a strategic business unit—ensuring its profitability, administrative control, and team leadership. **Key Responsibilities** Design, implement, and evaluate the branch's commercial plan (targets, KPIs, average transaction value, margin, and inventory turnover). Analyze the local market and competition to identify expansion opportunities. Lead a multidisciplinary team (sales, warehouse, cashier, logistics). Ensure administrative control: cash handling, inventory, accounts receivable, bank deposits, and process compliance. Deliver a differentiated customer experience and effectively resolve incidents.
