Job Description \- Ensure quality service standards by monitoring the flawless execution of processes and activities carried out by the work team. \- Ensure compliance with business performance metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct operational checklists at the branch. \- Implement actions to maintain accurate inventory records, proper product facing and arrangement, as well as ensure order and cleanliness in the assigned branch. \- Evaluate supervised personnel through performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or related fields \- 2+ years of experience in customer service, point-of-sale operations, cash handling, and personnel management.
