Implement business strategies for growth A company specializing in the distribution of construction materials is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations at our branch located in QUERETARO, near the stadium. Job Description The Branch Manager will be responsible for the administration and operation of the branch, ensuring achievement of business objectives, proper management of the work team, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities * Supervise daily branch operations. * Lead and coordinate the work team. * Achieve and monitor sales targets. * Manage inventory and merchandise control. * Ensure high standards of customer service. * Implement business strategies for branch growth. * Ensure compliance with administrative and operational processes. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree (mandatory). * Prior experience as Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar role. Experience in construction or hardware industry preferred. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of inventory control and store operations. * Leadership, organizational, and results-oriented skills. * Experience in the construction or building materials sector is desirable.
