Role with professional growth and results-oriented focus. **PAYROLL LOAN MANAGER** At Exitus Credit, we seek field commercial leaders who are results-oriented and have proven experience in payroll loan placements. This role is designed for profiles who lead through execution, accompany their teams in the field, and convert objectives into tangible results. Responsibilities * Lead and execute payroll loan placements within the assigned area. * Lead, activate, and accompany commercial teams in the field. * Drive customer acquisition, deal closure, and loan placement growth. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure achievement of the branch’s monthly targets. Requirements * Mandatory experience in payroll loans and/or direct debit loans. * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership of sales teams in the field. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability for 80% field work. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies.
