Ensuring quality and hygiene standards **Bartender and Cashier Supervisor** ### **Position Objective** Supervise and coordinate bar and cashier operations to ensure efficient service, proper revenue control, and compliance with quality, hygiene, and customer service standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise beverage preparation and service (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). * Coordinate bartenders and cashier staff during shifts. * Verify cash drawer closings, audits, and proper handling of cash and terminals. * Ensure accurate sales recording in the point-of-sale (POS) system. * Monitor bar supply inventories (beverages, supplies, glassware). * Validate purchase requisitions and product receipt. * Guarantee adherence to service standards and delivery timeframes. * Resolve customer incidents related to consumption or billing. * Train and monitor the performance of supervised staff. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations. * Prepare sales, consumption, and area performance reports. ### **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Gastronomy, or related field. **Experience:** * 2–3 years in bars or restaurants. * Prior experience as a bartender and/or cashier handling. * Team leadership experience (preferred). **Knowledge:** * Beverage preparation and basic/intermediate mixology. * Point-of-sale (POS) system operation. * Inventory control. * Cash drawer closings and audits. * Hygiene and service standards.
