This position will be responsible for coordinating and supervising activities related to facility maintenance and proper operation, common areas, and support services, ensuring safe and appropriate conditions for operations. ***Requirements***: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Accounting * Administrative experience * Knowledge of SAP (preferred) * Intermediate Excel skills * Attention to detail * Accounting knowledge * KPI management experience ***Responsibilities***: * Monitor inventory controls * Analytical capability for cyclical product rotation * Update cost information * Cross-reference data (costs, quantities, sales, discrepancies, etc.) * Prepare raw material reports * Manage warehouse movements * Weekly shrinkage report * Accounting entries * Manage incoming and outgoing raw materials * Vendor payments ***We Offer*** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Savings fund * Savings box * Subsidized cafeteria * 10% grocery vouchers * Guaranteed profit-sharing Only candidates meeting the profile described in the responsibilities above will be considered.
