At Celex, a leader in retail and telecommunications, we are looking for talent with an analytical mindset and strong creativity who wants to grow with us by managing our advertising campaigns. **What will be your mission?** * You will learn to master the art of paid campaigns, helping us set up and monitor online advertisements so that every click becomes a sales opportunity. **What are we looking for in you?** * Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year managing digital advertising. * Foundational Knowledge: Understanding of how Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram) works, and basic knowledge of Google Ads. * Technical Curiosity: Familiarity with concepts such as pixels or UTM tags (we’ll help you master them). * Attitude: Strong eagerness to learn, analytical ability, and attention to detail. * Your main responsibilities: * Launch Support: Assist in creating and targeting advertisements across various platforms. * Monitoring: Daily review to ensure campaigns are active and functioning properly. * Optimization: Propose simple adjustments to advertisements to improve performance. * Reporting: Organize campaign data into clear reports to measure our progress. **What do we offer?** * Salary: $15,000 monthly gross. * Variable bonus: $3,000 (based on learning and performance goals). * Statutory Benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, vacation days, and year-end bonus from day one. * Enhanced Benefits: Grocery vouchers and savings fund. * Career Development Plan: Ongoing, paid training to become a Media Buying expert. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Locations:** * Benito Juárez Corporate Office: Near Eje Central or Coyoacán Metro stations. * Álvaro Obregón Offices: 5 minutes from Olivo Metrobús station.
