PROMINENT PUBLISHING COMPANY **HIRING: TECHNICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related fields * 3 years of experience in the field **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of computing equipment, PCs and Macintosh * Knowledge of desktop applications: Office and LibreOffice * Knowledge of Adobe software * Knowledge of LAN, wireless networks, structured cabling and switches * Basic knowledge of IP telephony * Proficiency in Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems * Ability to read and comprehend manuals * Professional appearance and collaborative team attitude * Experience managing work teams * Availability of time * Basic knowledge of information security **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinating personnel to provide technical assistance and support to users across various local and remote departments of the company * Installing and configuring computing equipment, telephony systems and printers * Managing preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment * Maintaining inventory control of computing equipment * Monitoring services, managing reports, solutions and vulnerability analysis * Supervising and tracking team activities * Training users * Preparing monthly activity reports * Developing user manuals * Tracking computing equipment warranty periods **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX. * Monthly net salary of $12,000.00 * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for scholarship-based professional development * Exclusive benefits
